By creating a Second Quill account or using the application, you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You must provide a valid email address and choose a unique username. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
Device limit
Each account may register up to 3 devices by default. Purchased features and entitlements are tied to your account and registered devices — copying the application folder to another machine does not transfer your license. We may raise or lower your device limit at our discretion (e.g. for support or abuse prevention).
Offline use
After signing in, the desktop app may be used offline for up to 3 days since your last successful online check. Purchased content cached on a device remains available during this grace period. You must sign in again online to refresh entitlements.
Purchases & gifts
Store purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Entitlements are granted to the purchasing account or, for gift purchases, to the recipient account associated with the gift email. Refunds follow Lemon Squeezy and our published refund policy.
Acceptable use
We may suspend or block accounts that abuse the service, attempt to circumvent device limits, share accounts unlawfully, or reverse-engineer license protections.
